To be able to register your case, you need the following:
BankID BankID is a personal and simple electronic verification for secure, online identification and signing. In the physical world, you verify your identity with your passport, driving licence or bank card. In the electronic world, you can use your BankID to prove who you are. |
Referral for medical assessment or treatment. A referral is a medical evaluation of your treatment needs. You can get a referral from your GP or other health professionals authorised to issue referrals. We use the referral when considering your case and to determine whether the relevant treatment is covered by the insurance. If you need physical treatment or psychologist services, you do not need a referral. |

Case number
Before you can seek reimbursement, you must register a case. Once you have registered the case, you will receive a case number from Falck. You can register your case via your PC, tablet or mobile phone. You can also call (+47) 23 00 09 99 if you prefer to talk to someone. |

Policy number You find your policy number on your insurance certificate. |
When you press "Continue", you must log in with BankID. Then enter the agreement number you have received from your insurance company. Press book an appointment, answer a few short questions and choose drop-in or book an appointment.
